Terms & Conditions

By accessing fourlinesagency.com or purchasing any service from Fourlines Agency(“Fourlines”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Fourlines provides two categories of engagement:

• Subscription services — ongoing monthly or yearly retainers (SEO, Social Media, Digital Marketing, AI Content Loop, etc.) billed on a recurring basis.
• Project-based services — fixed-scope engagements (branding, website builds, AI automation deployments) billed against agreed milestones.

Scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or proposal accepted in writing.

• Subscriptions — billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period before service suspension.
• Projects — typically 50% upfront, remainder on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Milestone-based billing is available for larger scopes.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified in your proposal.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) which may be added at checkout based on your billing location.

• Monthly subscriptions — cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
• Yearly subscriptions — require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Refunds are pro-rated for unused complete months minus any applicable discount already applied.
• Projects — may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed to date.

All final deliverables (designs, code, copy, campaigns) become your property upon receipt of final payment in full. During delivery, all work-in-progress remains the property of Fourlines.

Fourlines retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request confidentiality in writing before project commencement.

Third-party assets (stock imagery, licensed fonts, open-source libraries) are subject to their respective licences. We will identify any such assets in our deliverable handoff.

You agree to provide timely access to required materials, accounts, brand assets, and feedback. Delays caused by late client input may result in revised timelines at our discretion, with no penalty to Fourlines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fourlines' total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Fourlines in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For clients based in the United Kingdom, English law applies to that engagement. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to active clients at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance.
