Refund Policy

Overview
We want every engagement to be a good one. If something isn't working, talk to us first — most issues can be resolved without a formal refund process. Email sales@fourlinesagency.com and we'll respond within 1 business day.
Subscription cancellations
- Monthly plans — cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months already billed.
- Yearly plans — require 30 days' written notice. Unused complete months beyond the notice period may be refunded pro-rata at the yearly rate (not the higher monthly rate). Any promotional discount applied to the yearly plan may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
- AI Automation services — require 30 days' written notice due to the infrastructure and agent deployment costs involved. No refund is available for the current month in which notice is given.
Project-based refunds
- Before work starts — if you cancel a project before any work has commenced, the upfront deposit is refunded in full within 5 business days.
- During the project — if you cancel mid-project, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date based on an hourly or milestone breakdown. Any overpaid amount above completed work will be refunded.
- After delivery — no refund is available once final deliverables have been handed off and accepted. If you are not satisfied with the final delivery, raise a dispute before acceptance and we will work to resolve it.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party costs we have incurred on your behalf (ad spend, stock licences, domain registrations).
- Rush fees or expedited delivery charges.
- Any services fully delivered and accepted in writing.
Process
To request a refund:
- Email sales@fourlinesagency.com with your name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge within 1 business day and respond with a decision within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
