This Refund Policy governs the services provided by Fourlines Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you (“the Client”) agree to this policy. Our goal is to provide high-quality digital marketing services, and we have established this policy to ensure a clear understanding of our refund procedures.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, which involve significant investment in time, resources, and expertise, Fourlines Agency operates on a strict no-refund policy for most services once the work has commenced. Payments for services are considered final.
2. Subscription-Based Services (e.g., Social Media Marketing, SEO)
Subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice to info@fourlinesagency.com.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has been paid. Services will continue to be rendered until the end of the paid billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
3. Project-Based Services (e.g., Web Development, Ecommerce Solutions)
Initial Deposit/Setup Fees: All initial deposits and setup fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the costs of initial discovery, project planning, resource allocation, and administrative work.
Milestone Payments: Payments for completed project milestones are non-refundable. Once a milestone is approved and paid for by the Client, the work is considered complete and accepted for that phase.
Project Cancellation: If the Client chooses to cancel a project mid-way, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any refund, if approved, will be limited to the portion of the work that has not yet been started, less any administrative costs and resources already committed to the project.
4. Non-Refundable Costs
Certain costs associated with our services are non-refundable under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:
Third-party advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Domain name registration and renewal fees.
Website hosting fees.
Third-party software, plugins, or theme licenses.
Stock photography or video licensing fees.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event that Fourlines Agency is unable to commence or complete the agreed-upon services due to reasons on our end, a full or partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
6. How to Request a Review
If you believe your situation warrants a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must submit a written request to info@fourlinesagency.com within seven (7) days of the payment date, detailing the reasons for your request. We will review the request and respond within 14 business days.
